В настоящее время его допрашивают в ШАБАКе, чтобы выяснить максимум деталей, позволяющих пролить свет на судьбу Эхуда Голдвассера и Эльдада Регева. Разговор в показанном сюжете велся на арабском языке. Сначала следователь поинтересовался, когда Салиман примкнул к «Хизбалле».

- Я тогда был молодой. В 2000 году, после освобождения (ухода Израиля из Южного Ливана).
- А что ты делал до этого?
- Ничего. Ходил в мечеть.
- Только ходил?
- Ходил, присутствовал на уроках. Через несколько месяцев прошел курс боевой подготовки.
- Где был этот курс?
(молчание)
- Что ты учил?
- Обучался навыкам владения оружием, обращения с взрывчатыми веществами, средствами связи.
- Какими приборами? Беспроводными?
- Беспроводными. Еще медицинской помощи (в условиях боя). Потом, спустя 4 месяца прошел еще один курс – стрельба прямой наводкой.
- Противотанковыми ракетами?
(молчание)
- Как ты попал в Иран?
- Поехали на машинах «Хизбаллы».
- Откуда вы знали, что «Хизбаллы»?
- Все знали.
- Сколько человек было в группе?
- Человек 40-50.
- Куда вы направились из Бейрута?
- В аэропорт Дамаска.
- Что ты делал во время захвата военнослужащих?
- Мы должны были не подпустить к патрульной группе подкрепления из укрепленного пункта ЦАХАЛа.

Захваченный боевик утверждает, что его группа не видела, что произошло с захваченными военнослужащими. По некоторым сведениям их доставили в ближайшую деревню и переодели, после чего увезли в центральную часть Ливана.

Вчера во время боев в Южном Ливане командир роты майор Томер (Ашер) Буадана был тяжело ранен осколком гранаты, который пробил ему сонную артерию. На протяжении всего пути с поля боя в больницу, военные врачи зажимали пальцами рану на шее Томера, чтобы остановить потерю крови. На въезде в больницу, не потерявший сознания тяжелораненый боец, поднял руку и показал, снимавшему его фотографу, знак победы. ( с.8 )


З.Ы. Прям сейчас уезжаю от РС в Маале до завтрашнего вечера. Если кто сможeт сохранить сегодняшнюю фото-сводку, было бы здорово.

Война закончилась. Аккурат 14 августа, в 5:00 по Гринвичу. Как и предписывалось резолюцией ООН. Заседатели из Совбеза, постановив, что израильтяне и ливанцы достаточно постреляли друг в друга, задернули занавес на сцене боевых действий.

Мир воцарился незамедлительно. Словно и не было 33 кровавых дней и ночей. 4000 ракет, обрушившихся на израильские города. 117 солдат и 39 мирных граждан, не доживших до этого дня. 4000 раненых, изувеченных и доведенных до нервного шока. Полмиллиона беженцев, вынужденных покинуть свои дома, спасаясь от постоянных обстрелов.

Словно не было бомбардировок Бейрута и Тира. 1000 убитых ливанцев. Кровопролитных боев у деревень, превращенных в крепости "Хизбаллы". Боли и страданий еврейских и арабских матерей, оплакивающих погибших сыновей.

Увы, война – и особенно на Ближнем Востоке - не заканчивается с последним выстрелом. Она еще очень долго будет напоминать о себе. Пепелищами, развалинами, свежими могилами, перебранками в кнессете. Странным чувством отчаяния. Разрушенными мифами. Изрешеченными фасадами домов. Инвалидными колясками. Повзрослевшими лицами детей. Неизбежностью нового кровопролития. И сотнями, тысячами фотографий, запечатлевших эти 33 дня и ночи войны.

Этот фотоальбом – о войне. О войне, которая закончилась и все еще продолжается. Здесь нет генералов, политиков и штатных миротворцев. Наш рассказ о тех, кто вынес на себе эту войну и стал ее невольным участником О людях второй Ливанской войны…
